Visa is laying off Recruiters today as they want the org to be all VPs and Directors. Looks like they are targeting older employees which will be interesting.

An environment dominated by politics and backstabbing, fueled by the presence of numerous unqualified individuals masquerading as managers. Their primary focus seems to be on replacing with Indian nationals or individuals based in India. A workplace plagued by nationality discrimination. It's turned into a job visa body shop, much like other IT body shops.
Our organization hasn't hired anyone in months, so I can understand why the need for recruiters is dwindling.
