About time for everybody in the US to enjoy the freedom to work anywhere they want, without the former company playing big brother. California had this decades ago and now the wisdom has finally made it to the rest of the country.
It means Citrix can't make someone sign an agreement to not work for a competitor for a certain period of time, should you leave the company. And the people who did have to sign one are no longer bound by it. A common business practice that has finally been shut down.
