Anyone from Canada received the separation package document from Citi during their non working period?
Its been a week of non working notice period but I haven't received any communication from Citi.

HR mentioned in her email that my notice period will conclude on 30th April but I haven’t received any communication. I have access to Citi network.
Contact HR through connect 1. That's what I did and they contacted me.

Likewise, and curious myself. I had to reach out to an HR representative after three weeks of silence post-layoff. My point of contact mentioned that it might take some time to get a response, given the extensive volume of phase 4. My non-working period concludes at the end of May so I need hear something.
