has anyone heard about CHAs and CCs being let go anytime soon? big talk about central completely taking over from higher ups. guess it’s just the waiting game. CC supervisors already have been let go so who are managing the CCs now?

NAVI taking over IV calls and recording reminders suddenly popping up in UB to gain permission from the pt are not great looks for either position.
Hsms get the ccs....apparently they think they don't have enough on their plates.
I heard that NAVI will be allowed to schedule in UB. So, it’s seems CHAs will be next to be let go.
