Does anyone know why nothing is being communicated to the NCMs at landmark. We have not had any special meetings or updates in the middle of this layoff madness. We have no clue what is happening or even what our jobs will look like in a month. I’ve never seen nurses so disrespected in my career.

SCC just increased IESNP nurse caseload expectations to 350 from 220 and they shuttered the program in most states.

Landmark will keep facing layoffs all year in a big way. They’ve moved tons of people over there from other divisions to prevent severance pay.
Optum employees need to unionize
NCMs will take on many Ambassador tasks and have less support from CCs. New info is coming in May, and I haven’t heard the final status, but prepare to be overworked and then possibly still some layoffs (not necessarily) or more nurse roles being asked to go into homes.
Their comment “Oh, you’re still here. Thats weird because you were supposed to be terminated too. In fact, what was left of Landmark Michigan was supposed to be trashed. Original Landmark C-suite sold you for the money and moved on. We gave you a couple extra years to move on…get a clue and go before we really hurt you.”
They cant tell you what they dont know yet. By the time the powerpoint is complete it is out of date. Just cash them checks as they come. Why would nurses get any respect any other employee gets no respect why are they in a special class. Just like the rest of us mushrooms
And you never will. They sneak around making their plans and they never give anyone heads up at this company. Everyone just grins and bears it, and bob their heads hoping if they just bury their heads in the sand or fade into a wall they will be missed. If you manage to leave with your mental health and your sanity that a perk. Best to just go day to day or layoff date to layoff.
