Anyone know why high up management are all at the Athens location this week. Its very strange at the amount of managers here and given the fact that layoffs are happening in customer service it has me worried. We are hearing a lot of people mentioning jobs going to JSL for customer service.

Anyone have any concrete information on this?
I agree we are being used through WayDay then be prepared to possibly be out of a job no matter what department you are in even if they just recently hired for it. Happened in RPOPS.
They are using us for Wayday. After that they are outsourcing our jobs.
Shopping for lawyers? That’s a huge waste of time. You and everyone else are employed at will. If this company wants to outsource overseas that’s their right. If you’re that worried you should be shopping for a new job. Trying to “lawyer up” is ridiculous.
It seems metrics are being manipulated. I know mine definitely seem to be. Shopping for lawyers that will take on a class action case against Wayfair for wrongful terminations and fraudulent practices. They’ll be able to get a subpoena from a judge for internal documents showing how they are being extremely shady.
2 weeks severance ... thats awful. Other depts such as RPOPs got way more than that. JSL is taking over customer service. If you work in that dept or a ticket based team, get your resume polished up. Management is loving the savings from JSL, the chat is just their trial run they are getting them used to service hub and getting ready to put them on phones. Thats why they are telling customer service agents to go part time or you are out. Those that are going part time, they wont qualify for unemployment when they lay you off as you have to work x amount of hours. They are giving customer service the short end of the stick.
Just hired 22 for LPS. Have a sinking feeling it’s to get through Way Day.
It's their annual leadership summit. L3/L4s from all over. To everyone speculating... please tell me you don't know what's going on without telling me you don't know what's going on.
This is what is left of US NA Digital CS: 88 members, including subgroups
68 full time employees
20 part time employees
Last week there was some CS digital that were told moving to phones but got email to either go Part Time or get a 2 week severance.
If you are one of the few ticket based teams left, your days are numbered. If you arent in Boston or Athens you will either be quietly laid off or RIF'd. Heard rumors that CS only got 2 weeks severance as a package. Praying for everyone that helped build this company only to be disposed of like yesterday's garbage.
Just about all of CS and ticket folks, Finance, Tech, Engineering, have gone offshore. Not sure why they are there at the Call Center, who knows! They should be offering packages to those left but I believe they are waiting for every one to quit!
