I did a cursory scan of some of the other companies on this site and didn't find any other major tech companies in my sample trying to prevent posts or comments from having a more prominent up-vote score. I looked at AMD, HP, IBM, Microsoft and a few others. It looks like Dell is trying to manipulate results just like leadership did with the last Tell Dell.
Why try to silence workers you have already removed from your payroll?

@1clz+1sbDyzkb I think this has now been outsourced
I've noticed that too. A lot of comments have the same number of up and down votes so they end up at 0.
Likely a Dell manager with 30 PCs running at the same time in his basement. Frantically down voting posts. Highly unlikely anyone at Dell can write a script.
You know this isn’t Reddit right? Downvotes mean absolutely nothing here.
OP thank you for sharing yourself with the others today, and taking the time out of your busy schedule to provide the update on this.
OMG
Some no-life weirdo is definitely going manually through each post to balance the score. Doesn’t happen quickly or thoroughly enough to be a bot. The Dell pages attract a lot of nutjobs for whatever reason.
Yup. But there always has to be a conspiracy.
Thanks for taking the time out of your very busy day OP and providing this update.

Ya I noticed the down votes are just enough to make it even with up votes haha
