I hate these tools so much. I know several people at intel that accomplish more in 2 hours a day than all their peers do in 8. Those people should absolutely not suffer for their hyperefficiency.

These activity monitoring bllsht tools punish you at both ends: For being too active (interrupting workflow by forcing breaks when you're busy and in the groove) and for being inactive ("CPM" for low activity - regardless of how much work the employee is actually accomplishing

They switched from Wellnomics so all the data from last year can't be accessed. Seems shady.

Surveillance by Intel should be on PE,s Senior PEs and Fellows. They make 2x of Grade 7 RSUs but does grade8 work!

You should get the boot. If you aren’t doing work you don’t deserve to have the job. This true regardless of where you work so plan on working in your new job.
