It's not nonsense to try to correct a habit that explicitly excludes 50% of the population.
I understand why people are frustrated, but that's the wrong thing to point your anger at.
I could not understand why he kept correcting himself for saying "you guys". This is over the top nonsense and was very distracting, especially given the importance of the discussion.
He did it again. A super annoying tic, he needs to stop with the unnecessary preciousness.
