Don't get comfortable in your role bc it's definitely another round coming. I would be looking for job replacement now. Now, you will have staff doing more work with no more in pay. This company is going down. Be smart & proactive. Leave now before they make you leave. No one is safe.

Yes, time to shop. Most in my dept are doing the same.
Yeah honestly I didn't get the axe this round but with the cuts they made my position isn't going to be tenable. I'm working on getting out asap and most folks on my team that didn't get cut are doing the same.
