I heard about Double dipping and moon lighting, that People in India , London and US who are citizens can parallely work for other company while working for Citi. How far this is true ? What are the possible ways for Citi to find out ?
Can I start my own business and work for Citi ? or can I work off-hours for other employer ?
I know visa candidates can't do anything. But heard some visa candidates are working for off-shore companies during off-hours and also heading off-shore businesses.

Pretty sure some consultants are doing this. Productivity is pathetic especially since the pandemic.
Nothing says savvy business person like getting fired for cause from a salaried position with benefits for an undeclared side gig, except, perhaps, soliciting advice about it from anonymous internet cranks and trolls. Best of luck in your career.
I know some D and MD are paid money by vendors for hiring their resources. Almost 5-15$ per head.
There has been lot of moon lighting . I have seen a person working for Citi and US bank at same time . Not sure how these companies can track. Lot of H1B's work to one company as full-time and contracting with other company. God knows how these corporates will deal with it .
