Is there any way to reduce vendor favoritism. My manager seems joined citi from Xyz company and favors xyz consultants than employees. Did anyone faced this earlier? I am new to Citi and just under 1 year. I doubt if I can report my manager.

Too young! You will understand if no vender favourism, there will be other favourism. You think you should be in the favourite so you are not happy! Remember you either make to it or you take it as fact!
Do you mean TCS? They are buried so deep that Citi would crash and burn if they all left.
They want rate increases, should be fun to watch them squirm.
