8 Signs You Are Living in the Past & How to Stop

https://www.learning-mind.com/living-in-the-past-signs-stop/

  1. You are prone to nostalgia.

You may find yourself immersing in your memories and staying there
for a while until something or someone ‘wakes’ you up.
You recall every detail and remember how happy you were back then.

Nostalgia may make you feel good, but it also leaves you
being detached from the present moment.

  1. Unresolved trauma or conflict from the past is haunting you.

It can also be an unresolved conflict with your parents or some other
significant person in your life. You may think that you got over it
long ago, but your emotional response to the past situation tells a
different story.

  1. You find it difficult to let go.

This can show up in the most trivial situations such as refusing
to throw away your childhood toys.
It looks like you are trying to stay in the past, using the items
from your childhood as the anchors for the long-gone days of joy.

The BS keeps getting lamer and lamer. If Boeing leadership had spent more money on properly designing and manufacturing their products instead of chasing stock price and propagating endless BS, they wouldn't have destroyed the company.

I quit reading the article after this statement:

"It's been nearly 60 years since the 727 first took flight, but it's still hanging in there. Production ended in 1984, and only a handful are still in service today — 35 aircraft as of December 2023 — but it's mostly used for carrying freight instead of passengers these days. "

I say hogwash, I'd bet SW Airlines is flying at least 35 of them, and many others are still around being used for passengers now. Does anyone else agree?

This is meaningless. You can find articles, message boards, etc. where pilots say both have their pros and cons.

Media companies don't out of bed if an advertiser gives them money. This sounds like a PR piece from Boeing.

It sounds good. I just hope it is the truth and not propaganda .
