Was wondering if past layoff employees used the job assistance program CVS Health offered with the severance package from LHH? I did read somewhere it was not much help, just wondering if anyone else had used it?

Unless you really have no clue how to write a resume, search for a job or interview, their "help" is a waste of time. I used them before and got no value. Everything they suggested I already knew and I'm far from an expert, it was very simplistic and basic advice. It's for CVS to be able to say they assisted you in your job search.
The coaching was good and the refurbishment on my resume was outstanding. Not a great resource but ok. Ultimately up to you to find a new job.
I echo all of the comments here. Not much help.
They were zero help
Yes. But they are worthless big time.
Thanks for the replies, I figured it was probably going to be useless.
The people there are nice enough and they provide some basic advice, tools and services but they're basically worthless. I think LHH services were provided simply to minimize lawsuits. I'm still job hunting but they are long gone.
They su-ked
I used it when I got laid off at a different company. It was worthless. The person assigned to me never responded to me or helped me.
Define “help”. If you’ve been with the company for 10+ years, they will help you set up a LinkedIn account, review your resume, and talk to you about how to interview. I did not find the services helpful
