An email about the Circle of Excellence winners today … of which no-one outside of Nielsen even cares about (or even internally) and coming from a company without a hint of excellence itself.
Like winning an environmental impact award from Exxon, and virtue signaling on full display.
Another week of wondering if you’re next in line, and asking your leadership to have mercy and please tell you what they know.
Yes another week of toxic leadership sending out emails, setting up meetings, planning for a future without you yet forgetting that your still there.
