I was hoping I was wrong, but I didn’t think they’d offer Expressions of Interest.
They’d rather layoff employees that want to stay and try to keep employees that want to leave.
The problem with that is that those employees who want to leave will do so sooner or later, so they’ve then lost 2 employees.

I asked for severance. Was advised they are not offering them.
How did you hear they are offering them? Will it come out soon

Better late than never, I guess. A lot of heartache and bitterness toward the company and upper management could have been avoided had they done this 2 years ago.

Is there talk of voluntary severance? Can't imagine us doing that, gives the lie to the whole "everyone is thrilled to work at P66" thing...
