Thread regarding Optum layoffs

Is this info re: June layoffs confirmed?

I heard that 6/20 is gonna be light and that 6/27 is going to be the heaviest with numbers. Multiple segments across the board impacted by this. It was also advised that those selected could have MAP scores of even 3+ to cut more dead weight so a more efficient restructuring can take place in 2025 with whole segments combining. leaders in the Customer Office were laid off yesterday (06/12.) could hardly believe it because it was a Wednesday, but it was announced in a meeting. two sections--Analytics and Production--are joining up. and the current VP of Marketing Research is going to head up the new franken-department. the previous VPs of Analytics and Production are being shown the door.

Maybe 6/20 but 6/27 falls on a pay period which, historically, is not when these changes take place.

Business only or does this include other overarching administrative depts like compliance, HR, legal, support staff, training, etc?
