For the person who talked about sewage, please note it is not India or Indians at fault, it is our top leadership who is on an eternal cost cutting mode that is to blame. I have worked with the teams in India, they have the talent but not the experience and have not been set up to succeed. Our tip leadership’s failure should not be confused
They'd have to figure out how to create a public sewage system and toilets first lol

The DW reservoir engineering manager is from India. He is moving highly technical functions to India. Since reshape, more India based people than US based people have been promoted into reservoir engineering roles in the US.
There are literally 10,000 people sitting in Indian offices adding nothing to the bottom line. They might think twice about trying move more.
