The group that owns credentials have so much process, most of the time folks on that team are worried about being compliant with the process more then customer.
I pretty sure this outage will result in multiple enhancements to the process and no enhancements in the behavior.
Next time this happens the team responsible needs to get on the phones for the next two weeks to see what they do to us as punishment
These outages are directed linked to a siloed tech org in STS; mini-empires built as leaders are in the same roles for too long and not organized around customer flows and no real end-to-end validations taking place at all
