Who is in charge of the new My Lowe's Rewards program? EVERY SINGLE PERSON who is involved in this program should be fired immediately! Customer's get bonus points if Lionel Messi makes an assist in soccer???? What in the world does this have to do with home improvement loyalty program??? Seriously??? So- our customers get extra points if a millionaire kicks a ball into a net??? If you don't get fired- then you should just quit for coming up with such a stupid idea..........How is this going to drive sales at the store level? How is this d-mb idea going to drive revenue at the store level? Wow........

I just wish they would realize that most of our customers are not of the “tech generation”, and have a LOT of trouble signing up for the MLR account online. For something they’re pushing so hard, it would have been nice to keep it simple…but people are confused from the beginning, because if they have the credit card, they think they already have everything…because it’s all been renamed My Lowes Rewards. Sigh.
This makes the night of lowemance from Marissa Thalberg aka Taco Bell lady look like a stroke of genius.
But what about the other half?
