Just a heads up - in the severance it mentions non-compete. However with the new law from the FTC, in august, non-competes won't be valid anymore. So if you can wait until august, you should be legally allowed to disregard that clause. (I am not a lawyer I am just interpreting what has been said in the framework of this law change)
If they don't want you, go to a competitor who does. Make them pay for it, by kicking their butts under someone else's logo. We all know with Willscots current pricing and service level that shouldn't be too hard.
