It’s been said by the Go Go Boy that BT will make P66 a better place to work.
If that’s the case, why is it such a struggle to keep employees?
It’s true that there is a core group of employees who stick with the company no matter what. But, far too many stay a while and then about the time they’re experienced enough to be of real value they leave for greener pastures.
This is the case in most jobs, operations, maintenance, engineering and even management.

BT is obviously not great. It’s a failure. Although there have been some savings due to employee initiatives, they’re not nearly as large what GoGo says they are. In addition, many of them are 1 time savings.
The entire purpose of BT was to drive the stock price much higher. Our stock price has gone much higher sine BT started but so has the rest of our sector. The price differential between us and our 2 main peers is almost exactly what it was pre-transformation.
So, hundreds of good employees have been laid off and the heritage of the company has been destroyed for nothing appreciable at all.
No worries. The go man has pride.
It’s great for the inner circle. It’s all in who you know. The outer circle just leaves for more money and easier culture.
