That’s not gonna change anything and everyone knows it

It only su-ks if you took the first offer and didn't negotiate. Intel ALWAYS low-ba--s on the first offer (they got me the first time, too) with the expectation you will counter-offer. Most people I talk to didn't and are stuck playing catch up. I negotiated my salary my second time around with Intel and am quite happy with my compensation.
You all have the right to complain about slavery salary and compensation to your managers. Nobody can force you all if you think you can deserve better pay for your education. Only id--ts have no complain with low pay and obey their id--ts to keep the job s.
Don't like the pay? Move on.
Good luck!
Beats fast food worker or Walmart Greeter.
Pay is sh-t if you're a rank and file doing technical work.
The G10+ managers who do nothing but sit in Team calls all day and work maybe 20hrs a week? If anything they're horrendously overpaid.
Intels pay is sh-t I agree
In comparison to NVIDIA with a total compensation package of $1M for a team leader, yes Intel is paying too little. However, it is not as bad as most people claim. In Oregon especially, its package goes a long way. I have been talking to recruiters and they have not been able to come back to me with anything near my expected package yet in the last 2 years. So Intel's packages are not terrible. Plus sabbatical is a really special perk Intel offers that most big companies don't. Having said that, if anyone is not happy with their pay, they can always leave for a more generous one (if they can find one in an "employers' market" at the moment)
