2 US-based FTEs from my team were impacted this morning. Non-CE. What I don't understand is there's so many layers of management but barely any employees left.

This company doesn't care about you.

It's always the people who stay the latest to get things done, the most knowledgeable, the most helpful, and the most useful that get let go.

This is extremely disheartening. It's tough here and the market is rough right now. Don't let NCR keep overworking you. Set your boundaries and tell them to fu-k off. I hope you find a new job soon. Good luck everyone.

Yep Iayoffs, I’ve prepared myself for it cause it’s coming. They will cut all CE2 and replace with a CE1 for $15 an hour for the same work! They can’t grow it cause nobody wants their overpriced junk! But you bet your a-s the twin towers ppl keep jobs! Another corporate greed company!

Voyix CE’s are being brought on at low wages. Layoff the veterans and bring in low paid rookies. Saving a dollar anywhere they can.

My TM was let go today in Canada on the Voyix side. So now the Tm we report to looks after all of western Canada. We are shrinking fast up here and not from the Cold

I would not suggest switching sides, not worth it. Both sides undergoing layoffs and not sure when it will end. Better off looking elsewhere, this is the most unstable I’ve seen it in my 5 years working here.

My TM was let go last Tuesday, I’m not sure which other areas had TMs let go. Several CEs let go also from the Northeast, one more today from North NJ. Not sure how much longer this will go on. Atleos I heard had several CEs let go but didn’t hear of anyone in NJ. Retail not doing well, and less ATMs being supported due to bank closures, online has been affecting brick and mortar big time.

Yup. Its become a tradition. Been like this 30 yrs now. Once a career now has become a starter job and should be seen as one.

I was laid off last week on the atleos side. Someone suggested I try Voyix, to which my boss replied they would be having layoffs too.
