I got laid off Friday as well. The month before I was the top rep on my team with over 100% of quota. Was having a great year.
Severance wasn’t that great.
Whole thing came completely out of nowhere. Got a random meeting invite. Next thing I know, I’m being walked out. Spent a lot of good time working for these people. You are just a number to them. Shame on Willscot
Agree, more this fall- prob 9/1 and more right before holidays which is a willscot thing.
the acquisition will either move up or slow the lay offs down but definitely another 500-1000. and then what do they do with the McGrath people?
I wish they fired me now. It's gonna su-k working all summer to get laid off this fall. There is no way this company continues as is.

San Antonio- There is definitely a 2nd round coming and no one wants to say anything. I would predict another 300-500 employees. Prob not as big as first round

They got everyone- drivers, yard, sales, Even some General Managers. Its just the initial phase
I was let go as well I havent been doing too great anyways but it would have been doable if the goals were actually attainable and the corporate execs didn’t pit us against each other on the inside and give us 1000s of rules and changes to follow and then change all those w limited communication and then wonder why we fail
I am so sorry. The rest of us are waiting for round 2 of layoffs. I am guessing they gave you one week of sev for every year you were employed. Which is what companies of this low caliber do
