I cannot emphasise enough how p1s5 poor the management in CG India has been. Maybe 1 in 10 will be decent at their jobs. The rest are ineffective middle managers who will play the ping pong game of blaming others when their failures are brought to light.
Ask them to do something and theyll smile, nod and forget.
