He sleeps like a baby. There’s no “feeling.” It’s just business. His business has no growth, so he has to cut.
As much as I think he’s a complete chump, he’s doing what he needs to do.
He’s just an arrogant elitist and virtue signaler . That’s what makes it all so unseemly.
He’s not running a tech company and he knows it. That’s all window dressing.
Someone please ask him his secret to running a highly successful and highly efficient tech company.

This kind of stuff is never...ever considered. They view the economy as dynamic and yeah it stinks for a second that you got laid off, you will figure it out and find a job somewhere.
They literally don't give 2 sh--s. I've been in the rooms.
The thirst for cuts is just starting. It becomes pathological. Its not personal. Its just private equity. They work for rich people who want to get richer and HATE losing money.
Its the ultimate in mis alignment which is why it us pretty much universally hated by workers, the vast vast majority who get zero payout at a transaction.
Your goal is to have a solid, working career and make some good money, while being professionally fulfilled.
Theirs is to maximize investment and returns, which is the opposite of what you want.
They always win.
