It annoys the heck out of me when I see these pretenders calling themselves “leaders”. All they want to do is “lead” and “inspire”. Nothing is actually produced. I call them hustlers. These are the ones that come up with sound bites like “purpose, mission(nary), passion and performance”. Kelly B, Poole J, Andrea are some of the examples. They walk into the room calling themselves leaders and tell everyone how they are not technical, in a field of technology.🤯

And there are SVP id--ts who think they are special and big shots. They seem to forget that it is just tied to their tenure and not smarts or value.
AVP is absolutely meaningless. It's a scam designed to make you feel important. It means nothing.
