Apparently the layoff percentage across different departments is around 10 to 15%. You think the same will happen to IGU ?

I assume the cut for well and subsurface will be focusing on JG3 or above? There aren’t many of us in JG4/5 since people kept leaving and we rarely got any new hires in the last 5 years. What do y’all think this means about the company future?

It’s been confirmed during todays webcast that they are looking at ‘up to 20%’ cuts in wells and subsurface.

At least 10%, but based on the benchmarking they use to guide them, probably more.

up to 50% at the supervisory level. PTL's are getting chopped in half and thus having double the work load dumped on them, meanwhile LT pets are seeing JG upgrades with no change in their workload.
