time to eject "upper management" since they are not intelligent enough to come up with any new technology

it seems the only way they can make money is to continue to lower labor costs over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again
we get a homeless person peanuts to do that
"upper management" is way overpaid

Across the industry, Americans are being replaced by cheaper, younger temporary visa based workers whether it’s H1Bs or other by the boatload.
Companies need a large pool of available qualified applicants to choose from competitive live test code interviews; then layoffs cycles arrive; rinse and repeat the process; that how you end up having a cut throat meat grinder south plantation sweatshop here in America
