Got an offer from intel and it feels they lowballing with low numbers. Does current employees have low compensation and stocks as well?

Why are you trying to get a job at Intel? Are you high? If you think Intel is a productive company, you probably come off as naive in interviews as well. That’ll definitely impact the offers you get. Do your homework, apply to better companies, and don’t get high before your interview

Just say no thanks and get a job somewhere else. Read the comments on this site. If you see CPM, VSP, or ISP they all refer to programs to have people leave the company either voluntarily or forcefully. This company isn’t the one you may have heard about in the past. Save yourself some trouble and walk away… quickly.

They always low-ball on the first offer. There's an expectation that you will provide a counter-offer. If you take the low-ball, it's a win for them. Never take the first offer.
