Where can I sell patient information and company software details at/to? I prefer a rival company but I’m not opposed to dark web. Any information would be appreciated.

Why not gather financial transactional data and submit it to the DOJ? I'm sure Witty enjoyed talking to the U.S. Senate so much, he'd love to have more chats with the Feds.
