Seriously. I’m so tired of losing coworkers and never hearing about them leaving. We act like they were never here or added value for years.
Feels so immature. And it speaks directly to how our leaders feel about us.

F as in “f the employees, they don’t need or deserve a severance after we fail to close deals”
