Lockheed Martin is again violating the NJ warn act by not reporting layoffs. LM-RMS in Moorestown, Camden, and Mt Laurel NJ is letting go of their admin staff.

Lucky you trust to layoff employees and small enough numbers that they don’t have to report to the media, the layoff totals to save face
everything is gone way over budget. Middle management should be able to balance thier own checkbooks before approved for work. If the customer doesn't have enough, groups need to merge.
My management in Moorestown is giving my team (AWS Cybersecurity testing) a lot of “all is well”.
Two of them interviewed for positions with another company which would be reporting in under a relative of mine. Her comment was that they were doing so because layoffs were coming (sounds like they both su-k at interviewing).
Can confirm admin staff has been laid off at Moorestown. Hearing rumors that engineering may be hit next. Ask leadership and all is fine however, never expect a straight answer frome these clowns.
how much is our defense budget, isn't it fully funded
We just receive notice of layoffs for staff at Lockheed space in cape Canaveral
If they are remote workers (or maybe even hybrid) then that may not count towards the 50 or more required to notify of a WARN notice. Or the company is making sure they only layoff 49 at a time.
The company I work for has laidoff thousands throughout the years and they never report to NJ WARN. Not sure how they have been able to get away with it.
Many companies just pay the fee for violating.
