Keep in mind at the same time the game at play with Microsoft. Some employees see this move, some are oblivious to it. They push the use of AI and Copilot on the employees in a forced manor and release internal reports to management which reveal who's adopting it and using it......and who's doing their job without it. The leaders are graded and scored by Copilot adoption in their teams in which the ultimate result will be deeper layoffs than what we are seeing today and thousands losing jobs at the hands of efficiencies picked up from AI and Copilot. Good or bad they are feeding each employee their future pink slip while many do not know its happening.
