ireland a growth site!! haha, that's a great one. there is no growth at intel anywhere. wake up. because you put a shovel in the ground doesn't equal growth.
Ireland is the growth site. No one getting packages there. Your severance is too rich. Better to do CPM or VSP in the states where severance is cheap.
You never know what stupidity is being cooked up at high levels. So there is always hope!
22yrs myself, don't see it coming for a long while yet.. even the useless staff are leaving for Pharma's to get better pay & benefit packages, etc, so why would they pay us to go?
im 20+ years mt in Ireland and i think theres no hope, they are haemorrhaging staff so dont need to give vsp
intel is broke. they are groveling to governments and loan sharks (private equity) for money. sadly, i suspect the better option in ireland for intel would be to make your lives so miserable you leave on your own.
