HCL Lay off 600 employees in entire India on June 5th 2024, all 600 folks got email on 4th June evening to come and meet in-person in office on 5th and they asked to resign voluntarily on the spot. HCL is literally doing unethical work policy they are hiring +2 students and showing their experience as 5 or 6years with clients like Citi bank, and getting more billing and the students they are getting 10k /month. This is literally cheating company to clients as well as resources. Even the HR's within HCL they are literally corrupted, if we are in bench and if they want to find any project internally they ask money 10k or 20k. They keep on ask every 2months once until we placed in project within HCL itself.

Do not worry my friend. AI will end all this corruption when most companies switch to AI jobs. Then no one will have jobs. The problem with corruption in India is people are poor or greedy and just can't live with the honest earning wages they make. If a poor person is corrupt, I can kind of understand cause the system is unfair to them. But if a professional working in an tech office is corrupt, then it's just pure greed. It's unfortunate that they find satisfaction by cheating other humans. But once AI takes over their job, they will have no one to corrupt because human jobs will slowly but surly start to disappear. Just look at what is happening to HCL. These tech service jobs are starting to disappear as companies like Microsoft partners with OpenAI to make AI systems smarter then humans and faster at solving issues, and work 24 hours 7 days a week without complaining.
