Definately a buddy system.
Alot of deadwood management who just attending meetings and do noting else except throw their staff under the bus!
What a gravy train it is for those in the ' circle of trust'.
Everyone is getting less and doing more

We’re being overworked and now getting paid less for it, while management is collecting huge bonuses? This is some sick joke.
Why spend 45 million in an acquisition and in same week lay off cs employees? Have had 1/3 of team gone in 6 months.
We have the workload,severely understaffed but seems like they cut anyone to save their upper management / slt bonuses and pay rises. One word " disgusting"
CommScope continues wielding the axe meanwhile. Cutting pay, jobs, taking anything that is good and self-destructing.
Sure it is they’re going to cut our OT pay so they’ll have turnover then replace with Temps. Quality already out the door go go go go faster get it out attitude. Yet still hiring Vp’s. It’s been a good run but the end as we know is near.
