"If you don't like Frontier, don't work here or don't be a customer"
I like Frontier, use to work there, not a customer, I live withing the Frontier franchise area, don't trust the service
"problem with bitter people like yourself"
Not bitter, I left with my full pension
"No matter what changes are implemented, they are not enough"
What are the positive changes?
As for the techs, can't rule out the evidence my eyes are telling me.
Have a good day!
Clearly, no amount of reality or facts will alter your twisted view of our field techs. To be quite honest, I could care less. If you don't like Frontier, don't work here or don't be a customer... problem solved. The problem with bitter people like yourself, is there is never any pleasing them. No matter what changes are implemented, they are not enough. Even when they get their way, they move to another gripe session. It is never ending, a lot like this discussion with you. I am done.
I don't "wonder what Frontier techs are doing" they are obvious in what they're doing, nothing! If mgmt is "monitoring what they're doing" and the techs are in "compliance". First, mgmt is not doing their job, remember, there are no bad techs only bad managers, second, there's nothing for them to do, again, bad managers. By the way the "most" that are kept on short leashes are the good employees, they are the ones doing the work and the lousy ones are (Union) mob protected. Please, you know the above is true, unless, this is the new Frontier.
Maybe he didn't feel the need to hide because he wasn't doing anything worthy of being hidden. Again, it is quite telling that you dedicate so much of your day to wondering about what Frontier techs are doing. Why not walk up to them and ask them, since you seem to think they have a lot of free time. Management is always monitoring their location with gps tracking, software that monitors their activities and alerts when they are out of compliance, and the supervisors do random site checks. Yes, there are outliers who know how to thwart these controls... but most are kept on very short leashes. They don't move their vans because they are not supposed to unless they need to do work in the CO for that customer. You truly have no idea what the techs have to deal with on the daily, which is made crystal clear by your comments.
Nobody is stalking anybody. When you live down the street from a shopping center, go to the store and an1-1.5 later still be at the same spot in the morning looking down on their "phone" please don't be a simpleton. The guy is not smart enough to go hide in an alley or the CO
"Has this place gone to s*** since bankruptcy in 2020? I keep seeing techs parked on the street looking down, presumably at their phones, and having 1.5-2.0 hour lunches, looks to me like business as usual."
You keep seeing techs having 1.5-2.0 hour lunches? You see them parked and looking down?! How does someone who spends enough time stalking the techs to observe them taking two hour lunches have enough extra time to also be trolling layoff.com? Newsflash, they are looking at their phones because that's how they use the mobile tech portal applications. You need to find a different hobby.
Employees prior to 2020 still have a. Commitment. New hires are here for the benefits and 💰 cash. They know they can move on if they have to.

of course it's going to 100% contractors outside of managers..
We need more contractors that are people of color. Get rid of all the white managers. They ruined the company.
Can we get some contractor Directors.
If so send one to Wisconsin
