No, it will not move 100% to partners.
Will move 100% to partners.
What I hear regularly is that GCA has at times fixed something quickly with a call in, but otherwise hasn't touched anything submitted electronically for weeks or more.
I can't even get my site ID...lol
GCA no touched and concern no touched.
DSAT went back to the guy who suggested to OPEN GCA
and they had my problem fixed within about 10 minutes.
This is just made up. As someone in GS, I can tell you that GCA is taking up to five days to resolve customer licensing issues. Yes, five days.
Ten minutes is an unrealistic exaggeration.
Follow Lam's blog, he knows better!
All I can tell you is that I called Broadcom Support today, got to speak with a live person within about five minutes (keep in mind, this was the first phone call), and they had my problem fixed within about 10 minutes. The pre-acquisition version of GS could barely do that on their best day. Nothing against any of the individual techs, but the organization and processes were toilet paper soaked in raw sewage.
Bye Bye...before end of year.
The writing has been on the wall since before the transaction closed. They haven't been direct about it, but they haven't been shy either.
$2…. You can do better
Why we need FTE folks for GSS in the first place ? That is the d-mbest idea from former vmware management teams.
Outsource to cheap offshore resources who are ready to serve you 24/7 for $2 / Hr.
Third party
HCL is a potential landing spot I suppose
Gone. Just a matter of time.
No future
Nothing good.😌
