Is anyone having an issue getting unemployment benefits? I was told that earnings for several quarters in 2023 and 1st of 2024 were not submitted. Is anyone else having trouble?

I need to contact HR but I'm having a hard time finding a number. Does anyone have one by chance?
It's ironic that people with good performance reviews were laid off for no reason, while HR can sit around and sc--w up our unemployment benefits and still have jobs...
Having the same issue. They sent three different wage determination forms each of them missing a quarter or two quarters. I worked for Optum for 10 years!!! I don't understand why the HR department is so incompetent. Have not received any unemployment payments, have had to re-open my claim twice. Spoke with the unemployment office Monday and she said I will have to fax copies of my paystubs for the missing quarters to prove I worked during those times. It's just so stupid! And why are we responsible for providing the missing information?! It's already stressful enough being unemployed, now I have to do HR's job on that of that! And all this for $350 a week, smh... If anybody knows where we can file a complaint, please let me know. I would love to do so.
I was getting unemployment just fine. Received 3 payments...then UHC released a document I only worked 2 of the 4 quarters last year? Excuse me?? I worked all 4 qtrs and OT. Unemployment says i had to appeal with my last paystub in Dec. 23 showing my accurate YTD pay of all 4 quarters.
Appeal has not been approved yet and unemployment wants me to pay back the first 3 weekly payments!!
Is anyone on here doing a group lawsuit against UHC? I want to sign my name to it if so.
How are they getting away with this? It's impossible to get unemployment and 75 percent of all patients info has been leaked in the big hack and UHC DID NOT notify any patients (which let's face it....could be a lot of us). 😭
They are affecting our lives, our families, and our health. This is unethical and they are crooks that need to be stopped once and for all.
Isn't it time that they feel our pain and suffering?
