There is no way we get an employee survey next year. They'll make up some bullsh-t about restructuring the way we do surveys and we'll pick em up in 26'. Theyve done this before with the surveys when they expect a sh-t year.
I'm sure this is going to help improve employee surveys next year. My group's lowest ratings were related to confidence in leadership and feeling valued. I'm getting really tired of worrying about getting fired every 5 years. I joined Deere because for years it was considered a "safe" company that if you work hard you'll be taken care of for life (that's what my grandfather did). I took lower pay at Deere than at tech companies out west because it was supposed to be a stable job.
I guess executive staff only cares about shareholders now. Sc--w them and sc--w Deere. Even if I don't get let go, I'm leaving this short-sighted sh-t show.
