Nvida announces another new AI chip

https://www.cnbc.com/2024/06/02/nvidia-next-generation-ai-chips-rubin-blackwell.html

Rubin will follow Blackwell which will ship later in 2024. Nvidia seems to be just hitting their stride while Intel and to a lesser extent AMD are fighting to claw back or at least maintain market share. Add this to customers who are also designing their own chips and a slew of startups bringing products to market. I guess AI and accelerated computing can be added to the list of Intel failures. Maybe Intel should focus on getting quantum computing to market but than again that could turn out to be the next Itanium. In any case, Intel should change focus from trying to win at everything and market leadership to more reasonable goals of sustaining and staying in business. Also get a CEO who is humble and can shut the f up.
