what a messed up world. Up is down and down is up. It's very hard to make sense of all of it.

Of course not; not surprised! When a corrupt company agrees to pay a payout of over 33 million to a CEO who didn’t do his job correctly and didn’t did his job well, and still keeps him on the board of directors, why would any of the other executives be held accountable for any wrong doing of signing off on work that wasn’t done correctly….. broken system and broken company all equals a corrupt and chaotic destruction. If you’re still working for this failing and unethical company, get out while you can!
