They don't care about you. They don't care about your family. They don't care how much you've worked in the frigid cold or the blistering heat to keep America moving. They don't care how many holidays you've missed with your kids. They don't care about moving freight safely (since they send a LOT of locomotives down the rail that are FRA non-compliant, intentionally).
They don't care about having a solid company with a solid product/service. That was the old way of doing business in this country. Now? Shareholders are all that matter. Short term bumps in revenue by cutting the jobs that actually make the company function. 1diots and sociopaths at the top, smug in their 'superior knowledge' that comes from a classroom while driving away the people who ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO MAKE TRAINS RUN. There WILL be an accident due to BNSF's negligence. It's inevitable at this rate.
And the press will say, "How could this tragedy have happened? 😪"
Mechanical needs to strike.
