Why would they not simply map EA to Site ID and Super User to User Administrator, and call it a day? The current spaghetti mess is bad enough, but the arrogant unwillingness to fix it is mind boggling. I knew the AVGO overlords would be brutal, but I thought they would at least be smart. Now it's looking more like they're just simple street thugs.

Hock will fix it.
As if VMware managed customers properly anyways… Show me a mapping of all products and services owned. I couldn't even get a uniform customer name across on-prem and cloud services.…
While VMware software might be great, their business and customer management was sh-t…
They definitely could have sc--wed it up more :) They'll fix it....soon!

The most apparent HT error of judgment was assuming that VMware was just like CA and Symantec. We now know that the Broadcom Software playbook has already destroyed value that took 25 years to establish and build upon. In hindsight, it's a huge blunder.
What a toss pot how stupid is this comment.
How about you read again and explain away what’s toss pot about it??
The comment said “works for them” not for you, for your customers or anyone else, but them. If you find that comment stupid, problem is not the rest of the world buddy but you. Just shut it and sit in a corner and sulk quietly now.

It’s just cr-p end of. It’s not broke it’s just really really bad. Messing with customers, annoying them etc. I’ve never know a such a disfunctional company in my life.
