It’s a Caucasian driven and led business. Although the new CEO makes a difference. It’s a KPI they can report to the shareholders. Nothing more. I have lost so many colleagues... dropping like flies in the company. HR ( human remains) what a joke!! They will side with management - make no mistake of this. Long serving employees stopped asking questions, why fight - just join. No spirit, no questions asked. Just madness to make the same mistakes over again... let’s launch products & promote services that customers do not want & need. New potential employees, be aware, check with former employees before coming to the interview & waste time. This is not a company that cares about mental health & well - being. It’s a modern day minimum wage factory Incompetent & self serving individuals keep rising to the top. Toxic managers support other toxic managers. It’s a company I do not recognise anymore. Waters is so far behind in internal & external concepts it will never catch up...

Give up now & allow another company to acquire Waters... you might be able to save some jobs that way...
