I don't understand people like he and others. Well past retirement age, more money than most will ever see, yet continues working and in addition- makes the lives of his workers unnecessarily miserable by making everyone come to an office, giving them awful multi-hour commutes, creating an atmosphere of fear where people are constantly getting laid-off. He and others seem to have forgotten that its not because of themselves why the companies they run and buy stuffs their pockets with money. Its the people who work for them that do so. Just retire already. And choose a predecessor who is more with the times. It costs nothing to treat employees nicely. And you might just get a better product if you do.
