Discussion with labor unions yadda yadda. They do not want to take this headcount into next fiscal year.

It was announced over 3 weeks ago. How long does this process take? The notifications of jobs? Siemens is a huge organization and so is Siemens Gamesa. Does anyone know when layoffs will start?

Order intake volumes are down over 30% company wide. Pre and Post pandemic demand has completely died off. No more government funding and private sector is falling apart. Siemens projections will require massive concessions and restructuring in 2025.

The German Tech and Industry sector is an administrative and accounting nightmare. Over leveraged in AI, Software and Technology purchases. Sold up a river by BH the CEO. Destroyed this company’s marketplace integrity.

There is restructuring coming in Oct throughout AG announced last week. Didn’t hear about additional layoffs but definitely a reshuffle of names, titles etc.
