I don't remember them informing us they would be refunding the ESPP money for the last 6 months rather than purchasing Truist stock at the employee discount rate with it. Instead, I have mine in my post tax column as a refund. So, they've taken out money and held it for up to 6 months, post tax, then refunded it without paying out interest on it. They also deducted my next ESPP for the next six months in the same paycheck. So I guess they will hold onto that for 6 months and make interest off of it before refunding it too?

This sounds like a problem for hr you’re not getting any help here email them keep a copy
First of all not terminated, re-badged. Secondly, why then did they withdraw another ESPP contribution that's sitting in my Fidelity account after the refund? Thirdly, why did they send an invite to be a member of the ESPP the very next day as a re-badged employee? You don't have to be a rude d1-k on here. Too many posts that seem too be from the same disgruntled child calling people names and talking about AVP titles. Sorry your night cleaning job at the branches was terminated but see a therapist and stop taking it out on other people who were in the same boat.
the ESPP purchase executes at the end of June and end of Dec. If you were let go prior to the ex date, your ESPP deferrals are refunded. This is in the program disclosures you agreed to.
"They also sc--wed you out of a year of the pension which is probably way more valuable than that 10% discount"
Please elaborate...I haven't heard anything about this.
I am pretty d-mb. Truist gives me stock every year. I always sell it all the moment I am allowed to. No regerts.
Who is d-mb enough to buy stock?
hope you feel better now (you don’t)
Whine about it here
